At 3:30 AM Pacific, Menlo Security Operation identified and resolved an issue with email notifications for non-SAML user password resets and new user signups impacting a small number of users. Non-SAML logins were not impacted and this issue did not affect customers using SAML based user authentication. There was no impact to other services.
