We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security Admin portal.
Users in all regions may be experiencing errors logging into the Admin Portal. Normal web proxy and isolation is not impacted and will operate normally.
The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

All services are operating normally as of 5:35 PM Pacific. Users may have had seen 502 errors while requesting PAC files or 500 errors logging into the Admin Portal between 4:29 PM Pacific and 5:35 PM Pacific.
