At approximately 6:56 AM Pacific Time, Menlo Security's URL Categorization service began experiencing slightly degraded service. This issue is causing a small portion categorization requests to fail and be treated as Uncategorized in the US East, Europe, Sao Paulo, Singapore, and Tokyo service regions. No other regions are impacted.
Menlo Security Operations worked closely with Menlo Security's URL Categorization Provider to resolve the issue.
At approximately 8:01 AM PT, issues in the impacted regions are resolved for Menlo service. Our upstream provider has a fix implemented for their service and is monitoring the results. Menlo Operations will continue to monitor for impact to our service.
