Operations was notified of health check failures in our Sao Paolo Service region starting at 4:55 PM Pacific Time. It appears to be an issue with the hosting provider. Operations has verified that services have failed out of the region to the next nearest service region. Operations is escalating to the hosting provider.
Only web isolation in the Sao Paulo region is affected. All other services and service regions remains fully operational.
Next update will be provided at 5:30 PM Pacific.
5:30 PM update
The Sao Paulo region recovered at 5:20 PM Pacific and local users are being routed back to the Sao Paulo service region.
5:48 PM update
The hosting provider experience Internet network connectivity issues between 4:54 PM and 5:19 PM. Web isolation traffic was automatically routed to the next available service region. The provider that confirmed that the issue is resolved and connectivity was restored.
