Menlo Operations was notified to problems with web isolation in our Tokyo service region from 8:39 AM to 8:55 AM Japan Standard time. Investigation into the issue identified a read only node failure in our policy subsystem, which was automatically remediated by the hosting provider. Menlo Operations verified that no further errors were seen after the host recovery was complete.

Further investigation showed an impact to all regions. However, errors were predominately seen in the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo regions.
