Web Isolation Web Isolation failures in Tokyo region

We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security Web Isolation.

Users in the Tokyo service region may be experiencing increased errors due to a datacenter networking issue in the hosting provider.

The Menlo Security Operations team is working with the hosting provider to fix the underlying hardware issues. Menlo Operations is monitoring and the platform is currently running normally.

The hosting provider has increased cooling capacity in the affected datacenter and is working towards resolution. Menlo Operations is current monitoring the platform and are not seeing increased error rates at this time and the platform is running normally.

The hosting provider has restored power to the affected datacenter and temperatures are close to normal levels. The hosting provider is currently working to restore affected networking and servers.
