Web Isolation Service Disruption

18:55 UTC: We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting Menlo Security Web Isolation in all regions

A subset of users may be experiencing issues loading https://accounts.google.com or authenticating via Google OAuth to third party sites

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

    Log Export API Logging Ingestion Delayed

    Update Jan 23 06:20 UTC: The issue impacting log ingestion has now been fully resolved and any delayed logs have now been processed

    We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security logging service.

    Users in all regions may be experiencing logging ingestion delays.

    The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.
