Web Isolation Service Disruption

We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security Proxy & Isolation.

Users in the US regions may be experiencing failure to load web pages, specifically those browsing via us-east-1 (Virginia)

The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause and resolve as quickly as possible.

We will send an additional update in 30 minutes.

  • At 11:35 UTC, additional capacity was added into the us-east-1 (Virginia) region and testing confirms that browsing is now working as expected. There is no longer any impact.

    We are experienced a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security Web Isolation Service

    Users in the Ohio, N. Virginia and N. California regions may have experienced URL Classification failures resulting in unclassified URLs.

    The Menlo Security Operations team is working to identify the root cause. Mitigation has been applied and currently there is no customer impact.
