Logging Delay Sunday 6th May 2018 18:10:00


The Menlo Security logging service experienced indexing delays. Events logged between 4:30pm PT and 6:30pm PT may haven been delayed before being available in the Admin Portal Log viewer or via the log API. There was no impact to other services and all policies were enforced.

The Menlo Operations team has resolved the indexing backlog and all log events are available in the Admin Portal log viewer and via the Log API.
