We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security Web Isolation

Users in the us-east service region may be experiencing authentication issues if configured to use SAML logins.

Traffic to the us-east service region has been temporarily re-routed to the us-west service region to immediately restore service.

The Menlo Security Operations and Engineering teams have identified and addressed the issue. Traffic routing to the us-east service region has been restored.
