At approximately 1pm PT, Menlo Security's URL Categorization service began experiencing degraded service. This issue is causing some categorization requests to fail and be treated as Uncategorized in the US West and US East service regions. No other regions are impacted.

Menlo Security Operations is working closely with Menlo Security's URL Categorization Provider to resolve the issue.

At approximately 1:45pm PT, issues in the US East service region are resolved.

Menlo Security Operations continues to work closely with Menlo Security's URL Categorization Provider to fully resolve the issue.

At approximately, 2pm PT issues in the US West service region are resolved.
