Log Export API and Admin Portal Logs Query Performance Tuesday 11th February 2020 09:24:00


Menlo Operations received alerts and is investigating a Log Export API performance issue that occurred starting 8:42 AM PT. During this time, queries to the Log Export API may have timed out and returned a 500 status code and logs may not appear in the Admin Portal. No other services were affected and all other services continue to operate normally.

Update 9:38 AM The Menlo Security Operations team has identified the issue and resolved the issue as of 9:24 AM PT. All services are operational and functioning normally.
