At approximately 11:24 Pacific Time, Menlo Security's URL Categorization service began experiencing slightly degraded service. This issue is causing a small portion categorization requests to fail and be treated as Uncategorized in the US East and Sao Paulo regions only. No other regions are impacted at this time. Menlo Operations has escalated to our upstream categorization provider.
2020-10-11, 12:15 AM: Menlo Operations is not observing further errors as of 12:04 AM. Operations will continue to observe as the upstream provider has implemented a fix and is currently monitoring the progress of recovery.
2020-10-11, 12:23 AM: Upstream provider has marked their incident resolved. Closing incident.
