Isolation degradation in the Frankfurt service region Tuesday 15th December 2020 22:58:00

Menlo Operations was alerted to a problem with web isolation in our Frankfurt service region only. While Operations is investigating the issue, the region has been failed over our alternate service regions.

12:28 AM Pacific update Menlo Operations has identified the source of the performance issue and has resolved the issue. The Frankfurt region was restored to normal service at 12:29 AM.
