Increased errors with PAC service Tuesday 13th April 2021 12:07:00


We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting the Menlo Security PAC service.

Users in the all regions may be experiencing increased errors browsing through the Menlo service while using the Menlo Connect app.

The Menlo Security Operations team is working rolling back a recent change to the PAC service to restore service.

Update 18:23 UTC The rollback is complete. Operations is monitoring the PAC service error rates.

We will send an additional update in 20 minutes.
